What to share for your estimate
Tell us which rooms and surfaces need painting, approximate dimensions, ceiling height, and whether the rooms will be occupied. Include photos of damaged areas and let us know whether you plan to supply paint.
Can I supply my own paint?
Yes. We will confirm the primer and paint requirements for the agreed scope so sufficient products are available before work begins.
Does the estimate include wall repairs?
Preparation and repairs vary by project. The estimate will identify the included work and any separate repair scope before you approve it.

GF is a family-owned handyman and property maintenance business with 15 years of experience. We review your details, ask any needed questions, and prepare a free estimate for the agreed work. Photos and measurements may allow us to estimate remotely; we will let you know if an onsite assessment is needed.
